Litigation Background
Ms. Curcillo focuses on all phases of litigation up to and including trial. She has also handled multiple mediations and arbitrations. In addition to complex medical malpractice cases, Ms. Curcillo litigates cases involving construction accident liability, general negligence claims and toxic tort claims.
