Litigation Background
Mr. Maraynes’ practice focuses on the defense of medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. Mr. Maraynes has served as lead trial counsel in over 20 cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home negligence and general liability matters. Mr. Maraynes routinely lectures Businesses, Insurers, and Bar Associations on the defense of medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injury claims. While at the District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Maraynes trained at the US Department of Justice’s National Advocacy Center in Columbia, South Carolina.
