Litigation Background

Following law school, Ms. Rey was an associate with Rivkin, Radler, Bayh, Hart & Kremer, working primarily in the area of environmental law and hazardous waste insurance defense. At Peltz & Walker and currently at DOPF, P.C., Ms. Rey is engaged in the defense of high exposure medical malpractice claims. Ms. Rey has also appeared before the Office of Professional Medical Conduct (OPMC). Ms. Rey is admitted to practice in New York and she is a member of the New York State and County Bar Association. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
